1. Who we are

Numeris provides web-based tools that help business owners understand profit, margin and cash flow. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit getnumeris.com or use the Numeris calculator and dashboard, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and authentication details when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Business figures you enter. Revenue, costs, fees, expenses and similar values you type into the calculator or save as monthly entries.
• Purchase information. Records of the plan you bought and the related payment identifiers. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
• Technical information. Basic log and device data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the service secure and working.
• Local browser storage. Unsaved calculator scenarios may be stored in your own browser so your work is not lost between visits.

3. How we use information

• To provide the calculator, dashboard, insights and PDF exports you request.
• To authenticate you and confirm which plan features you can access.
• To process purchases and provide receipts and support.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.
• To send service messages about your account, purchase or important changes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the business figures you enter to advertise to you.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run Numeris, including a hosting and application platform, a managed database and authentication provider, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their part of the service.

5. Data retention

We keep account, entry and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as needed to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. You can delete individual monthly entries at any time from the dashboard, or ask us to delete your account and its data.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and access to stored data is restricted to your own account through row-level access rules. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

Numeris is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
