1. Agreement

By accessing getnumeris.com or using the Numeris calculator, dashboard or related features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Numeris provides tools for entering business figures and viewing profit, margin, cash flow and trend calculations, plus optional insight and export features on paid plans. We may add, change or remove features to improve the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Plans and payment

• The profit calculator and Profit Checkup are available at no cost.
• Numeris Core is currently sold as a one-time payment of $79 US. It is not a recurring subscription: there is no automatic renewal and no further payment is taken for the Core purchase. This describes the Core offer as it is sold today and does not set the price or payment model for any other Numeris product or plan.
• Purchases are processed by Stripe. A Numeris account is required to use purchased Core functionality, because access is granted to an account rather than to an email receipt. Please use the same email address for your Numeris account and for checkout so your payment can be matched to your account automatically. If you pay with a different email address, we may not be able to link the purchase to your account without contacting support.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• Access depends on the purchase recorded against your account. If a purchase cannot be verified, paid features may be unavailable until it is.
• Your purchase covers the Numeris Core functionality described on the site at the time of purchase, together with any improvements, fixes or additions we choose to release for Core. It is not a commitment to build, include or provide any specific future feature, and separately priced products or plans, such as Numeris Pro, are not included.

5. Refunds and access

Numeris Core is a digital product and access is granted to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. If Core is not the right fit, you may request a refund by emailing support@getnumeris.com within 14 calendar days of your original purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If your Core purchase is refunded, your access to Core paid features will end. Refunding Core does not automatically delete your Numeris account or the business and financial information you entered. You may separately exercise any account or data rights available to you under these terms and our Privacy Policy, including asking us to delete your account and its data.

While you have Core access, you may receive improvements, fixes or additions that we choose to release for Core. Your purchase does not guarantee any particular future feature and does not include separately priced Numeris products or plans.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Copy, resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the service or its underlying software.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to upload malicious content.

7. Your data

You keep ownership of the figures and scenarios you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content in order to operate the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. No financial, tax or accounting advice

Numeris performs calculations on the numbers you provide. Its outputs, including insights, forecasts and exports, are informational only and are not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying your inputs and for decisions you make. Consider consulting a qualified professional for your specific circumstances.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Numeris available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numeris is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business decisions made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using Numeris at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required to protect the service or other users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
